An idea born from a conversation...and a lifetime of experience

It all started one evening, during a conversation between Mrs. Pepita and Mr. Pepita — both passionate about watchmaking, human resources, and design. They were discussing movements, prestigious maisons, rare timepieces… when a realization emerged naturally:

The world of luxury watches remains largely male-dominated — even in the pre-owned market.

Where are the spaces designed for women?Where elegance meets trust?Where watchmaking expertise enhances emotion, rather than overshadowing it?

That simple yet defining moment became the foundation of Pepita Watch. And this idea was rooted in something deeper.

Mrs. Pepita, founder of the project, spent 23 years in the watchmaking industry, working with Swiss maisons and high-end workshops. She understands every tick, every nuance of a case, every detail of a dial finish.

Drawing on this expertise, Mrs. Pepita set out to create a service imagined by a woman, for women.
