Yes. As a courtesy, we accept returns within 7 calendar days from the date of actual delivery of the watch, in accordance with our return policy.Important: Although Swiss law does not impose a right of withdrawal for sales concluded after physical consultation in a professional setting, we offer this possibility to guarantee your complete satisfaction.

Yes! An exchange is a possible solution, subject to a mutual agreement that will be formalized in writing.Terms :Same 7-day deadlineSame condition requirement (watch not worn)Price difference to be paid or refunded as applicableAdvantage :If exchange of equivalent value (± 5%): Processing fees reduced to 5% (instead of 8%)If the difference is greater than 5%: A 5% fee will be calculated on the returned watch.Example :You are exchanging a watch worth CHF 5,000 for one worth CHF 5,200:Difference = CHF 200 (4%) → Exchange of equivalent valueApplication fee = 5% × CHF 5,000 = CHF 250 (instead of CHF 400)You pay: CHF 200 (difference) + CHF 250 (fees) = CHF 450
We refuse the return if:✖️ The watch has been worn (visible signs of wear)✖️ New micro-scratches or signs of wear✖️ Bracelet adjusted or links removed/added✖️ Third-party intervention (external watchmaker)✖️ Contact with water, products or magnets✖️ Missing accessories or documents✖️ 7-day deadline exceeded✖️ Absence of our prior written agreement✖️ Custom-made or personalized watchIn these cases, the sale is final.
