APPOINTMENT POLICY

1. Purpose

This policy sets out the conditions for booking private appointments for the presentation of vintage luxury watches offered by a company registered in Switzerland. The purpose of these appointments is to provide a personalised, confidential and secure experience, in line with the practices of the luxury watch market.

2. Booking

Appointments are offered only on request, by filling in the form via the "I am interested" button. The first appointment is a video call. A booking request does not constitute a reservation or a purchase obligation.

3. Request and confirmation

Any appointment request must be made via the dedicated form or by direct contact. The following information is required:

  • Last name and first name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Watch(es) concerned

  • The company reserves the right to refuse a request without being required to provide justification

4. Types of appointments offered
  • A first presentation appointment via secure video call

  • A second in-person appointment prior to viewing the item and discussion — standard duration: 30-45 minutes

  • A third in-person appointment prior to purchase — standard duration: 45 minutes

5. Appointment locations

In-person appointments take place exclusively:

  • In a secure professional space in Switzerland (office, business centre, partner jewellery shop)

  • In a premium location communicated in advance

  • No appointments are offered at a private home or at unsecured locations

6. Financial terms

For certain watches, an appointment fee or a refundable security deposit may be requested. These amounts:

  • Are clearly communicated in advance

  • May be deducted from the final purchase price

7. Security, compliance and identification

For reasons of security and compliance:

  • Proof of identity may be requested during the appointment

  • The watches are insured

  • The items are handled under supervision

  • Any conduct considered inappropriate may result in the immediate termination of the appointment

8. Cancellation and no-show

Any cancellation must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a no-show:

  • Any fees paid will not be refunded

  • Future requests may be refused

9. Liability and applicable law

The company reserves the right to cancel or interrupt an appointment at any time for reasons of security or compliance. Swiss law applies, and any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the company's registered office.

11. Payment
  • Cash payment strongly discouraged for watches > CHF 5,000

  • Swiss / international bank transfer preferred

  • The watch is handed over only after confirmation of the security deposit

  • Swiss invoice mandatory

  • Clear mention

  • Swiss VAT included

13. Data protection
  • The data collected (name, ID, email) is used only for the appointment
